NEW: Are you looking for something new this summer, try our "Dig Into Something New" reading challenge. Activities include reading from a genre you don't usually read, learning something new (a magic trick, craft, science experiment, etc.) from a book, providing a book recommendation, etc. Complete five of the ten activities and return the form to the library to receive a prize and enter the prize drawing. Friday, June 7 is the first day to pick up reading logs from the library and begin reading or listening to books.
Tuesday, June 25 - "Digging Books and Beats that Rock" by Beverly Meyer
This program for children of all ages will be held at 10:30 A.M. in the Senior Center. Children will hear stories and songs and share in music activities in this interactive musical program.
Programs throughout the summer include:
Toddler Storytime (2 - 3 years) - morning and evening sessions
Preschool Storytime (3 - 5 years) - morning and evening sessions
Adventurers (Kindergarten - 2nd grade) - afternoon and evening sessions
Explorers (3rd - 5th grade) - afternoon and evening sessions
Game Days - afternoon and evening sessions

Tuesday, August 20 - "Dinosaurs to Reptiles" by Dynamic West Assemblies
This program for children of all ages will be held at 10:30 A.M. in the Senior Center. Explore the characteristics of dinosaurs, ancient amphibians, and reptiles of long ago and today. See live animals, skulls, bones, fossils, and artifacts.
