Library's 80th Anniversary

Our library's 80th anniversary is this Saturday, March 14.  Drop in any time between 10:00 and 3:00 to celebrate with us.  We'll have cake, balloons, scrapbooks of our library's history to view, and a bookmark contest for children and teens.

If you can't come on Saturday, but are interested in submitting a bookmark design, we will accept it at the library throughout the next week.  Your bookmark should represent the library (anything about the library) and be on a white piece of paper that is 8.5 inches x 2.75 inches.  It may be horizontal or vertical.  Please include your name, age/grade, and contact information on the back of the bookmark, and write this information with something that will NOT show through to the front.

We'll select bookmarks from each age group (preschool, early elementary, upper elementary, and teen) to reproduce and distribute at the library.  If your design is chosen, your first name and age or grade will be included on the back of the bookmark.
